Terms of Warranty for hard disk drives

Warranty period

  • For 24 months after the date of purchase

Warranty does not apply because

  • Opening the case
  • Damage to connection point
  • Shipping damage caused by unsuitable packaging

Service processing

  • When you have entered the serial number, the system will display the warranty information.
  • Enter all the required details in the warranty case form.
  • Please print out the shipping note and the UPS label.
  • On the UPS website, agree the time and place for a UPS courier to collect your package: Assign collection job

Packing instructions

  • Wrap thehard drivein several layers of bubble wrap or foam, and pack it up in a transport-proof cardboard box
  • Please do not send any additional accessories in the package
  • Please also place the printed out shipping note in the package

Replacement

After goods receipt and checking in the Service Center, you will be sent a replacement product of at least equivalent value, free of charge, depending on availability.

Warning: your original hard drive or solid state drive will not be sent back to you!

We specifically accept no liability for data loss.
You are personally responsible for saving and backing up your data, and for arranging suitable, transport-proof packaging.
